(FOX40.COM) — The Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding is holding a community candlelight vigil on Thursday in support of the victims who were in the medical helicopter that crashed onto Highway 50 on Monday.

The candlelight vigil takes place at 7 p.m. in front of the hospital’s main entrance.

“We will be coming together to find comfort, strength, and hope as we honor three remarkable individuals who dedicate their lives to helping others and pray for their recovery and healing,” REACH officials said in a Facebook post. “As a hospital and community, we will be offering our love and support during this time to our REACH family, a beloved partner in serving our community.”

The medical center said the vigil is also in support of the families of the victims.

The victims were identified as Pilot Chad Millward and a paramedic, Margaret “Dede” Davis, who are in critical but stable condition, along with Susan “Suzie” Smith, who is in critical, unstable condition.
