Cal Fire firefighter arrested, accused of exposing himself in Rancho Cordova

A firefighter for Cal Fire was arrested on Thursday, accused of exposing himself in Rancho Cordova earlier this year, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said.The arrest stemmed from a March 30 incident, when Rancho Cordova officers responded to a car wash on Sunrise Boulevard for a man who exposed himself to a woman and tried to talk to her. Officials said the woman was able to drive away and contact authorities.Investigators later identified the suspect as 32-year-old Clifford Robinson. The sheriff’s office said Robinson had been arrested for a similar offense several years prior and was a registered sex offender. They also discovered he was a firefighter for Cal Fire.Robinson was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County jail for indecent exposure of private parts in a public place.
