Builders opened model homes at Briarley for the Montgomery master-planned community’s grand opening celebration on Sept. 27.
Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes and Perry Homes unveiled models to prospective buyers at the event. Visitors were also treated to music from a live DJ, kite flying, giant bubbles and more family-friendly activities.
The builders are offering homes priced from the $500,000s on 60-, 70- and 80-foot lots.
