Bilt May Rent Day Benefits
Bilt’s May Rent Day benefits are now live. This month’s offers are a bit disappointing. But the good thing is that you still get the usual Rent Day goodies such as double points for all your purchases, free points with the Rent Day quiz (you can find the answers here) and more. Let’s jump into the details.
Get 100% back when you redeem toward rent, up to a maximum of 50,000 points. That might sound like a good deal, but the points that you receive back can only be used for purchases in the Bilt Home Collection.
Using points to pay rent is also a terrible value since you only get 0.55 cents per point. You can maximize those points by transferring to valuable partners instead, such as World of Hyatt for example.
Dining Experiences
Bilt is offering dining experiences at neighborhood spots across the country on Rent Day. The experiences include “Unique chef’s tastings, wine pairings, and omakase experiences alongside fellow Bilt Members.” You can book these experiences for yourself and a guest. Locations are mostly in big cities such as New York, Miami, Seattle, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, Boston or Washington, D.C.. They cost $150 or 15,000 Bilt points.
Earn Up to 6X Points for One Day
Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:
DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Cardholders will receive double earnings, up to 10,000 bonus points. Promotion period runs between 12:00am ET on May 1 through 11:59pm PT on May 1. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points. And a friendly reminder: When paying at a Bilt Dining restaurant, Bilt Mastercard cardholders can earn up to 11x points through dining on Rent Day.
Earn 250 Free Points
Log in the Bilt Rewards app on March 1st to play Bilt’s ‘Point Quest’ trivia, with Bilt Points up for grabs! Answer 5 questions, and win up to 150 Bilt Points. Answer all 5 questions correctly and you’ll get access to a bonus question for another 100 Bilt Points. That’s a total of 250 free Bilt Points.
