Dubai chocolate took social media by a storm last year.

Now, Baskin-Robbins is debuting three frozen treats inspired by the viral chocolate.

Customers can try the “Dubai chocolate collection” for a limited time, the ice cream chain said in an Oct. 29 news release.

The collection includes the Dubai chocolate sundae, the pistachio chocolate bar ice cream and the Dubai chocolate shake.

The sundae includes three scoops of pistachio chocolate bar ice cream, hot fudge, kadayif (shredded phyllo dough), pistachio sauce, whipped cream and fudge drizzle.

The shake is made with pistachio chocolate bar ice cream, milk, pistachio sauce and topped with whipped cream, pistachio sauce and kadayif in a cup drizzled in chocolate.

“The Dubai Chocolate Bar quickly became one of the most talked-about treats everywhere,” said Nicole Boutwell, Vice President of Brand Marketing and Culinary at Baskin-Robbins.

Dubai chocolate was first made by Sarah Hamouda who founded Fix Dessert Chocolatier in 2021.

The viral treat is made with chocolate, creamy pistachio and tahini filling with crunchy knafeh.
