Jeremy Cramer will serve as Head of Commercial Real Estate, California for IDB where he will drive CRE deal-making across the Bank’s West Coast operations. In this role, he will lead balance sheet CRE lending, overseeing loan originations, asset management, operations and deposit gathering. A notable industry leader, he specializes in ground-up construction, bridge, and permanent financing of multi-family/commercial real estate and single-family residences.
