Autograph Homes and Hamlet Luxury Homes building at Indigo – Houston Agent Magazine

Two new homebuilders — Autograph Homes and Hamlet Luxury Homes — were added to the builder lineup at Indigo, Meristem’s master-planned community in Richmond.

Autograph Homes will offer single-family homes and attached trios of townhomes, with plans to open sales next spring; while Hamlet Luxury Homes, an independent franchise of AR Homes, will offer semi-custom single-family homes for 85-foot lots.

The community features an urban farm, recreation lake with ADA-accessible kayak launch, walking trails and paseos, the IndiGolf mini golf course and Indigo Commons, a centrally located communal gathering place featuring retail and restaurants. Recently announced commercial tenants include Della Coffee and SevenRidge Academy daycare.

Builders already constructing homes at Indigo include David Weekley Homes, Empire Homes and Highland Homes.
