ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A 65-year-old man was shot in the city of Albany Wednesday night. Police said it happened around 9:15 p.m. on the 500-block of North Pearl Street.
The man was shot in his upper back, according to police. He was taken to Albany Medical Center in stable condition.
No one was in custody Wednesday night. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
