Chance Cozby, executive director of The Thunderbirds, which runs the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament, flew to L.A. on Feb. 13 to meet with PGA Tour players to hear firsthand their stories related to the Feb. 10 chaos at this year’s tournament in Scottsdale. One change for next year? A bigger police presence.
