Russia hints at possible prisoner swap involving WSJ reporter Evan Gershkovich

A Kremlin spokesman said Tuesday there has been contact between the U.S. and Russia about a possible prisoner swap that could involve Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich.
