Is Al Pacino having some baby mama drama already?
The 83-year-old Hollywood icon and his 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, are going through some legal motions over their newborn baby.
A representative for Pacino confirmed to Vanity Fair that Alfallah has filed for physical custody and is requesting Pacino have “reasonable visitation” of 3-month-old Roman.
“Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman,” the rep told the outlet, while confirming the couple is “still together.”
In a legal filing obtained by The Blast, Alfallah also requested that the “The “Scent of a Woman” star have joint legal custody, which would allow him to participate in major decisions concerning the child, including medical treatment and education.
While no child support was listed in the court documents, California law dictates that the income of each parent is to be established beforehand, the outlet reported. Alfallah is also reportedly asking for Pacino to pay for her legal fees and any costs associated with the case.
Pacino, who was most recently seen on the big screen in 2021’s “House of Gucci,” has a reported net worth of $120 million.
Alfallah, meanwhile, is an alum of the University of Southern California’s Cinematic School and recently served as vice president of Lynda Obst Productions, according to Deadline.
The couple were first romantically linked in April 2022, but have reportedly been quietly dating since the pandemic. THey were spotted having dinner together on Wednesday at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, People reported Thursday.
In May, reps for Pacino confirmed to The Daily News there was a baby on the way.
Roman, who was born in June, is the Oscar, Emmy and Tony Award winner’s fourth child. Pacino already has a 33-year-old daughter, Julie Pacino, with acting coach Jan Tarrant. He’s also the father of 22-year old twins Anton and Olivia Pacino with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
