A 60-year-old man is dead following a fatal shooting in Stockton’s Seaport District on Sunday morning.
STOCKTON, Calif. — A 60-year-old man was killed in the Seaport District of Stockton on Sunday morning.
The man with a gunshot wound was found by officers at the intersection of Hazelton Avenue and Harrison Street around 8:31 a.m., Stockton Police said in a Facebook post.
Officers provided aid until he was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released yet.
Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation. Police haven’t released any suspect information.
