2,800-acre Buckeye development clears checkpoint ahead of first phase

At full build-out, the 2,818-acre North Star Ranch master-planned community could have nearly 10,000 units between single-family and multifamily housing. A preliminary plat for the first phase has now received approval from the Buckeye Planning and Zoning Commission.
