15-year-old shot in the face in Cleveland

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating the shooting a 15-year-old boy.

According to FOX 8 crews, officers responded to Myron Ave. and East 79^th St. in Cleveland just before midnight on Sunday.

EMS tells FOX 8 a 15-year-old boy was shot in the face and taken to the hospital in serious condition.

Police taped off a large crime scene in the area and investigated a vehicle window that had been shot out.

The victim has not been identified.

Police have not released any information about a possible suspect.
