18-Wheeler Involved in Two-Vehicle Collision on Highway 90 that Trapped One Woman

BEXAR COUNTY, TX (January 25, 2024) – Wednesday morning, authorities responded to a serious crash on Mechler Lane.

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the collision occurred around 6:20 a.m. on January 3rd, involving a vehicle and an 18-wheeler truck.

Troopers responded to the scene and discovered that the two vehicles had collided, trapping the female driver inside.

Emergency crews collaborated to extricate the woman, and paramedics promptly transported her to the hospital. Her condition was not yet known at this time.

Additionally, the lanes at the intersection were blocked, causing traffic disruptions. The lanes were reopened after the crews completed the scene clearance. No further details were provided by the officials.
