CLEVELAND (WJW) — Owners of a Cleveland building are left to pick up the pieces after two vehicles crashed into it early Sunday morning, according to police.

Cleveland police headed to Kinsman Avenue for reports of a crash just after 2:30 a.m. Upon arrival, they learned a collision at the intersection of East 139th Street and Kinsman Avenue led to both vehicles slamming into the nearby building, home to Kyrie’s Kafe.

Police said each vehicle only had one occupant at the time of the collision and subsequent crash into the brick building. A 32 year-old woman reportedly injured her arm and was taken to the hospital for treatment. No one else was hurt, police said.

An investigation is ongoing and police did not say if alcohol or drugs are believed to be a factor in the crash.

No charges have been filed at this time.
