Woman hospitalized after being shot in both legs in Southeast Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A woman was hospitalized after being shot in both legs in Southeast Portland near I-205 late Saturday morning.

Just before 11:30 a.m., officers responded to the 9700 block of Southeast Woodstock Boulevard on reports of a shooting.

On arrival, they found a woman had been shot in both of her legs and the shooter had left the scene. Officials said he woman was taken to the hospital for her injuries.

Police say they are still searching for any possible suspects.

No further information has been released at this time.
