Commercial real estate has been experiencing a lot of turbulence lately but local firms are still finding plenty of leases to negotiate between tenants and landlords, as well as selling some local properties.

Downtown Portland recently hit the highest office vacancy rate ever recorded according to CoStar and a Marcus and Millichap economist rated it the third-worst market in the country despite much better metrics in the metro area overall.
