Uber has named Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah as its new CFO, effective Nov. 13, the company announced Wednesday. He will succeed Nelson Chai, who will remain with Uber through Jan. 5, 2024, to assist with the transition. Mahendra-Rajah currently is CFO of semiconductor firm Analog Devices. He previously held positions at Wabco Holdings, Applied Materials, Visa and United Technologies, according to Uber.
