Tivoli Midstream buys Chocolate Bayou assets, its second major acquisition

Two Houston companies have exchanged midstream energy assets in Brazoria County, marking the second major acquisition for one company. Tivoli Midstream LLC will acquire storage capacity and a pipeline system from Freeport to Texas City from affiliates of Ascend Performance Materials LLC.
