Literary Arts will relocate into a Southeast Grand Avenue building which will serve as a “cultural hub” for the 40-year-old organization behind the Portland Book Festival. Opening this fall, the new space will feature a bookstore, cafe, classroom, writing and event spaces, staff offices, and a recording studio for the organization’s podcast.
