Toss the Broccolini with finely grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flakes before it hits the grill grates. Doing this on a rimmed baking sheet is an easy way to transport the Broccolini to and from the grill. Then, less than 10 minutes later when the stalks come off the grill, squeeze the juice from the grilled lemon over top and shower the Broccolini with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
