Texas won't limit real estate deals from certain foreign nationals, businesses

Senate Bill 147 would have limited land purchases by citizens of nations listed on an annual federal threat assessment — currently China, Iran, North Korea and Russia. But the proposal did not make it through the recently ended legislative session.
