Teen suspect arrested in Baltimore block party shooting that killed 2, wounded 28

A 17-year-old was arrested in connection with a shooting at a Baltimore block party last weekend which left two people dead and 28 wounded. Police have said there were multiple shooters and are still seeking more suspects. Scott MacFarlane has the latest.
