    December 2022 

    The three highest-priced home sales in East Moriches last month ranged from $820,000 to $900,000. 

    The priciest East Moriches home sold in December was a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath expanded ranch on 1.62 acres at 35 Woodlawn Ave. that sold for $900,000. It was listed and sold by Letticia Lettieri and William Carroll of Corcoran. 

    A 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath post-modern on .46 acres at 95 Evergreen Ave. fetched $875,000 in cash. It was listed and sold by Deborah Pirro of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. 

    At 35 Watchogue Ave., a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath bank-owned colonial on .93 acres went for $820,000. It was listed by Todd Yovino of Island Advantage Realty and sold by Island Advantage’s Michael Basel.

    The priciest East Moriches home sold in October was a 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath newly built farmhouse on .84 acres at 10 Tuthill Point Road that sold for $975,000 in cash. It was listed by John Kelly and Brendan Callahan of Kelly Real Estate and sold by Jason Majestic of Triple Crown Real Estate. 

    A 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Victorian on 1.25 acres at 7 Woodlawn Ave. fetched $760,000. It was listed by Christine Sparacino of Re/Max Sparrow Realty and sold by Leah Kay of Eileen A. Green Realty. 

    At 9 Wilson Ave., a 3-bedroom, 3-bath colonial on .47 acres went for $630,000. It was listed by Kerri-Ann Murphy Schlomann and Jason Schlomann of Cornerstone Properties of LI and sold by Thomas Panebianco and Diana Sanchez of Realty Connect USA LI.
