Sun returns Tuesday afternoon
[ad_1]
PORTLAND, Oregon — Tuesday morning’s clouds will give way to afternoon sunshine.
Temperatures Tuesday will be pleasant, in the upper 70s.
Wednesday morning may begin with valley fog, but that quickly melts away.
Temperatures will warm rapidly, into the low 90s Wednesday.
Offshore winds and hot air aloft will push Thursday’s highs in the western valleys to about 100-degrees. We’re still in the upper 90s Friday.
We’re calling those days Weather Impact Alert days for the heat.
For the weekend, we drop back into the low 90s Saturday, with further cooling Sunday and next week.
