Sreeja’s Rose Garden – FineGardening
[ad_1]
Today we’re headed to Kerala, India, to enjoy some beautiful blooms from Sreeja Sarathkumar’s rose garden.
These beautiful rose blooms are in the brightest possible shade of pink.
A perfect white rosebud is just beginning to unfurl. This photo also gives a look at how Sreeja’s roses grow—in pots! Roses will thrive in large containers, and this can be a great way to enjoy plants if you don’t have a traditional garden space.
Many roses change color a little as they age. This one is fading from pink to nearly white, and the combination of colors that shift produces is beautiful.
The tips of these petals look like they got a little toasted by hot weather, but they are no less beautiful.
Surrounding this brilliant red rose is a reminder that any patio or other space can become a garden with the addition of a few containers.
Dark red roses look perfect against the backdrop of a light-colored wall.
