Record temperatures possible Sunday

PORTLAND, Oregon — Get ready for some of the best weather we have seen so far this year on Sunday with highs getting into the mid to upper 70s. The record for Sunday is 76 degrees, and I’m forecasting highs just as warm. This late spring like weather is all in part to a strong ridge of high pressure that’s going to continue to build over the next couple of days.

Monday, we’re going to see highs in the mid 70s again, with another chance for record breaking temperatures for this time of year, with highs around the mid 70s.

It’s going to cool off a bit on Tuesday, but still staying nice. Our next chance at seeing rain will arrive by the middle part of next week.
