Rapper Blueface was given a suspended sentence of 24 to 60 months for allegedly shooting and injuring a man outside a Las Vegas strip club last year.

The rapper, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, was arrested by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police last November, a month after allegedly shooting at a man who was fleeing from an argument in his car.

“[The victim] was attempting to leave in his truck after the fight and stated the males may have thought he was ‘going for a gun’ and started shooting at him in his truck,” according to documents obtained by 8 News Now.

The victim, identified as Kentabius Traylor, told police a bullet grazed his left hand, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

Blueface was charged with attempted murder but ultimately reached a deal in July to plead guilty to reduced charges of battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure.

As part of his probation, the rapper is prohibited from consuming drugs or alcohol, possessing weapons and contacting the victim, according to local ABC 13 Action News.

“He is ultimately just looking forward to getting back to focusing on his music career and moving forward with his life,” his attorney Kristina Wildeveld told Pitchfork.

The rapper’s legal woes are far from over.

He was arrested in Las Vegas again over the summer and charged with felony robbery after allegedly stealing a woman’s phone at the Palms Casino.

The victim reportedly confronted Blueface and his then-girlfriend Chrisean Rock before she was hit by Rock while Blueface took her phone. A member of the rapper’s entourage also allegedly punched the woman in the face when she tried to get the phone back, according to TMZ.
