(OTCQB: FLHLF) (NEO: FH) (FSE: 7QS) (“Filament” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage natural psychedelic drug development company, today announced that Maureen O’Connell has stepped down from her position as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Company’s board of directors, effective December 31, 2023.
O’Connell commented: “I have been part of Filament’s leadership team since its inception and am proud of the Company’s continued progress as a leader in psychedelic drug development. I am confident in the Company’s management team and wish Filament nothing but success going forward.”
