Zachary “Cadillac” Andrews may have more victims, police say

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man accused of sexually assaulting at least three women in Portland’s homeless community is in jail while police search for other possible victims.

Zachary Andrews, who also goes by “Cadillac,” faces multiple charges for the assaults that took place between October 2021 and October 2022, according to Portland police.

A grand jury indicted Andrews for three counts each of first-degree rape, first-degree sex abuse, strangulation, and fourth-degree assault. He also faces charges of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree kidnapping as well as two counts of first-degree sodomy.
