Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin reunited “alone” for the first time in 13 years, following their feud which started when both women were still on The Real Housewives of New York. While recording an episode for Bethenny’s podcast, Jill and Bethenny opened up about their friendship’s demise.

In June of last year, the former friends shocked the Bravoverse by running into each other on a plane, leading viewers to believe the feud had ended.

On her Instagram, Bethenny revealed that she and Jill would record an episode of her podcast together.

“Tonight, Jill and I reunite for the first time one on one since 2010,” she wrote. “Tune in now, link in bio to hear our reunion episode on Just B and ReWives podcast (unfiltered and unedited)!”

Fan account @queensofbravo expressed, “Well, well, well… the timing 🤔 ratings must be low.”

Another fan said of Bethenny, “There is something really calculated about her that makes her good at business and not much else.”

“This is why I don’t like Bethenny,” said a third user. “She claims ‘I am so over the world and the toxicity’ at the WWHL appearance and the drama surrounding it. But this girl is using it to further her brand.”

On Bethenny’s ReWives podcast, Jill shared what led to their friendship’s demise. “The reason I was mad at you was because I was hurt that I was losing you and I was being left out of everything,” she explained, via Daily Mail.

“I remember when you got invited for a free trip, and I wanted not to come for the free trip, but to be with you,” she added. “I felt I lost you and I couldn’t really say that I was hurt by things that you had said.”

She also recalled being hurt when Bethenny did not contact Jill after her late husband Bobby‘s brain tumor diagnosis. Jill confessed, however, that she didn’t express her feelings until the new season began shooting.

“The point is, I definitely made mistakes, and I wanted to be there for you, when you got pregnant and all that stuff, but you just didn’t let me back in,” shared Jill.

Bethenny explained that she didn’t reconcile because she believed Jill would share their private messages later.

A few years down the road, Bethenny attended Bobby’s funeral while cameras filmed the women in a touching conversation. In the podcast, however, Jill claimed Bethenny filmed it without letting Jill know beforehand – and this is why they stopped being friends.

Jill also claimed she never signed a release to allow Bravo to film the scene, but the network “counted on” her “not suing.”

“I saw you, my heart dropped, you looked drop dead with this black hat and black suit, and I thought, ‘Oh God,’” Jill recalled of the funeral, though she was “so happy” to see Bethenny once again.

She alleged a producer confirmed she never signed a release to use her voice, which purportedly proves she didn’t know it would be taped. According to Jill, the network used the scene without getting her permission.

“That’s literally the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard,” said Bethenny, who later declared: “I apologize, because it was a spectacle and a circus.”

Bethenny found it funny when Jill stated that other castmembers were angry they weren’t included in the funeral footage.
