Phillips 66 adds board member following discussions with activist investor Elliott

Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) has appointed a new member to its board of directors as part of ongoing collaboration with activist investor Elliott Investment Management LP. Phillips 66 said it is working with Elliott to identify a second “mutually agreed director” in the coming months.
