The Offer
- Coastal Credit Union is offering a $300 bonus when you open a Go Green Checking account and complete the following requirements:
- Have direct deposit totaling at least $1000 within the first 60 days
The Fine Print
- You can receive only one new checking account opening-related bonus every two years from the last time you received one and only one bonus per account.
- To receive the bonus: 1) Open a Go Green Checking account, which are subject to approval; AND 2) Have your direct deposit made to this account within 60 days of account opening with a cumulative total of at least $1,000.
- Your direct deposit needs to be an electronic deposit of your paycheck from your employer. Person to Person payments are not considered a direct deposit.
- We’ll deposit the bonus in your savings account, referred to as your Primary Share, within 30 days following all qualifications being met.
- To receive this bonus, the enrolled account must not be closed or restricted at the time of payout. Employees of Coastal Credit Union and its affiliates are not eligible for this offer. Bonus is considered dividends.
- All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them
