Minister Lindiwe Zulu blames Apartheid for deadly Joburg CBD building fire – Medical Marijuana Program Connection

Minister of Social Development Lindiwe Zulu has shocked the country after she confidently blamed Apartheid for yesterday’s Joburg CBD building fire that killed over 70 occupants.

In an interview on Newzroom Afrika, Minister Lindiwe Zulu made the remarks which left many asking what else is blamed on Apartheid.

“Unfortunately for us, whether we like it or not, this is a result of Apartheid that kept people under such conditions and we are expected to have changed those conditions the 30 years of democracy,” she said.

THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE KILLED IN THE BUILDING

Yesterday the death toll was sitting at 74, including 12 children, 40 men, 24 women, and 10 of unspecified gender. However, the death toll rose by 2 after more patients died in hospital.
