Mega Millions player wins big in New Jersey. Where was the lucky ticket sold?

A Mega Millions player in New Jersey won $1 million, narrowly missing the the $47 million jackpot, lottery officials said.
The ticket matched the five white balls but missed the gold Mega Ball during the Friday, June 14, drawing.
It was purchased at a 7-Eleven in New Milford, which is about a 20-mile drive northeast from Newark, according to the New Jersey Lottery.
The winning numbers were 1, 25, 26, 31 and 65 with a Mega Ball of 2. The Megaplier was 3.
Players have a shot at the next jackpot during the Tuesday, June 18, drawing. The jackpot has grown to $61 million.
An Illinois lottery player hit the last Mega Millions jackpot on June 4 when they won $552 million, lottery officials said.
What to know about Mega Millions
To score the jackpot in the Mega Millions, a player must match all five white balls and the gold Mega Ball.
The odds of scoring a jackpot prize are 1 in 302,575,350.
Tickets cost $2 and can be bought on the day of the drawing, but sales times vary by state.
Drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. ET and can be streamed online.
Mega Millions is played in 45 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
