Mecktoberfest at Olde Mecklenburg Brewery – four weekends at two locations – Charlotte On The Cheap

Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, is hosting Mecktoberfest for four weekends in 2024, two weekends at each of their locations:

Olde Mecklenburg Brewery LoSo, 4150 Yancey Road, Charlotte, NC, is hosting Mecktoberfest on September 13 to 15, and from September 20 to 22.

Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Ballantyne, at 15025 Bowl Street, Charlotte, NC, is hosting Mecktoberfest October 4 to 6, and October 11 to 13.

We’ve put together a big list of Oktoberfest celebrations in the Charlotte area! Check it out for the German music and dancing, stein hoisting competitions, bratwurst, beer and more!

Mecktoberfest hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11 am. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.

You can expect beer releases, German-style food, stein holding competitions, and lots of entertainment at both locations.

Mecktoberfest Weekend One

September 13 to 15, 2024, at LoSo location

Stein holding competitions:

  • Saturday, September 14, 4 to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, September 15, 12 to 2 p.m.

Music lineup:

  • Friday, September 13, 6 to 10 p.m.: Holzenhackern Tyrolean Band
  • Saturday, September 14, 1 to 4 p.m.: Jazz Revolution
  • Saturday, September 14, 6 to 10 p.m.: Holzenhackern Tyrolean Band
  • Sunday, September 15, 2 to 5 p.m.: Holzenhackern Tyrolean Band

Mecktoberfest Weekend Two

September 20 to 22, 2024 at LoSo location

Stein holding competitions:

  • Saturday, September 21, 4 to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, September 22, 12 to 2 p.m.

Music lineup:

  • Friday, September 20, 6 to 10 p.m.: Holzenhackern Tyrolean Band
  • Saturday, September 21, 1 to 4 p.m.: TBD
