McCarthy making concessions to secure votes to become House speaker

GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy is still trying to secure the votes he needs to become House speaker. One vote he will need is from Rep.-elect George Santos who is facing scrutiny for lying about certain details of his life. Scott MacFarlane reports from Washington.
