TRUE	Claim by Kamala Harris (D): The Trump administration offered gender-affirming care to prisoners. KGW rating: True (The Federal Bureau of Prisons, an agency under the U.S. Department of Justice, offered gender-affirming care to transgender prisoners during the Trump administration. That’s because federal prisons are required by law to provide adequate medical care to all inmates, including those transitioning to another gender. FALSE	Claim via Social Media: The 14th Amendment prevents felons from taking office. The Dispatch rating: False (Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, otherwise known as the Insurrection or Disqualification Clause, bars public officials who had previously sworn an oath and “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” from holding public office again.
