BLATANT LIE	Claim via Social Media: “Dallas County Texas (tells) election workers to (illegally) lie on registration & use a church address to register homeless people to vote!” PolitiFact rating: Pants on Fire (Texas law does not require a homeless person to be housed to register to vote. Homeless voters can list a street corner, a park or wherever they normally reside as their place of residence. They must also provide a mailing address, for example, a shelter, a P.O. Box, a relative’s home or a nonprofit group’s address where they can receive mail.) Texas election law allows homeless voters to register. This video doesn’t show anything illegal.
BLATANT LIE	Claim via Social Media: U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris wore wireless earphones embedded in her earrings during the Sept. 10, 2024, debate with former U.S. President Donald Trump to help her answer questions. Snopes.com rating: False (Supporters of the claim believed the technology to be NOVA H1 Audio earrings, which are wireless earpieces embedded in earrings. However, there were distinct physical differences between that product and the earrings Harris wore, and there was no evidence of her wearing a different brand of technology with a similar function.)
