Man in critical condition after Stockton shooting

STOCKTON, Calif. — One person is in critical condition after a shooting in Stockton Sunday afternoon.

According to Stockton Police Department, the shooting was reported in the area of Sousa Park around 4 p.m.

Police found a man in his 50s with a gunshot wound, who was ultimately taken to a hospital in critical condition.

It’s not clear what led up to the shooting and no suspect information has been released.
