Man found shot to death in parked car: Cleveland police

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating after a 28-year-old man was shot to death on the city’s east side Saturday night.

The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. along Kempton Avenue, near East 102nd Street.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found the victim, identified as Jaqueal Talley, unresponsive in a parked car.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
