One man is dead after a shooting Tuesday afternoon in Durham.
According to the Durham Police Department, the shooting happened around 1:06 p.m. on the 2800 block of Chapel Hill Road.
Officers found a man dead at the scene when they arrived.
The investigation is centering around one building that’s part of the Valley Terrace Apartments.
Authorities said they are determining the circumstances behind the shooting and the investigation is ongoing.
