Man dead after stabbing outside Audi Field – WTOP News

A man is dead Saturday night after a stabbing outside Audi Field.

D.C. police said officers responded at about 6:30 p.m. to the 100 block of T Street SW.

There, they found a man with multiple stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

The suspect in the stabbing is in custody.

The incident came about an hour before Saturday’s DC United Major League Soccer game against Seattle Sounders at Audi Field.

DC United said the incident did not change the kickoff time of the game and they are working with investigators.
