Major crash closes most I-5 northbound lanes near Wilsonville; traffic backed up several miles

ODOT is asking drivers to use alternate routes or expect delays after crash closes most I-5 northbound lanes near the I-205 interchange in Wilsonville area.

PORTLAND, Ore. — A crash on Interstate 5 has prompted a closure of most northbound lanes near the Interstate 205 interchange in Wilsonville at mile marker 287 Monday morning. Traffic is backed up for several miles. 

The crash initially closed all northbound lanes, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation’s TripCheck map, but one lane was reportedly back open at around 9:45 a.m. ODOT is still asking people to use alternate routes or expect delays.
