Lunenburg Library to host Spring Puzzle Swap
[ad_1]
LUNENBURG — The always popular Spring Puzzle Swap will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 11, at the Lunenburg Public Library, 1023 Massachusetts Ave.
Starting on Monday, April 29, you can exchange your completed jigsaw puzzles for swap vouchers. Bring your puzzle donations to the front desk and ask for swap voucher tickets in return.
“Don’t lose those tickets because they can be exchanged for new-to-you puzzles on the day of the swap,” said Cheryl Stillman, of the Lunenburg Public Library. “Then, stop by anytime during the library’s open hours on Saturday, May 11, to shop the selection of donated puzzles. Our past swaps have had over 300 puzzles to pick from.”
The swap is a great way to get completed puzzles out of your house and try something new for free.
“Puzzles can range in size and difficulty from toddler wooden block shapes to 2000-plus piece complexities,” Stillman added. “You never know what you could find, but there’s something for everyone at the puzzle swap.”
Stillman asks the community to spread the word so there will be more puzzles to choose from.
“The library does request that the donated puzzles have no missing pieces,” she said. “You do not need to participate in the swap to donate puzzles. All puzzle donations (children’s puzzles too) will be gratefully accepted.”
