Kohr Explores: 82nd Avenue of Roses Parade takes to the streets Saturday

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — This weekend, the 82nd Avenue of Roses Parade returns to the Rose City.

The 18th annual parade kicks off Saturday morning at Eastport Plaza.
