Israeli President Herzog says his country’s democracy is strong in address to Congress

Israeli President Isaac Herzog addressed Congress Wednesday as part of his visit to the U.S. He reassured American lawmakers that despite efforts to overhaul his country’s judicial system, democracy remains strong in Israel.
