Israel has agreed to a four-hour daily humanitarian pause in the fighting in Gaza, a U.S. official said Wednesday. CBS News has also learned that talks are progressing towards a deal that would free between 12 and 15 hostages being held by Hamas in exchange for a two or three-day humanitarian pause.
