SK Mobile LLC, a distributor of consumer electronics, purchased a 6,000-square-foot industrial building on .27 acres at 593 Jerusalem Road in Uniondale for $1.1 million. James Parnes and Michael Parnes of Schacker Realty represented the buyer, while Connie Munoz of Estelle Stem Realty represented the seller, Skyline Real Estate Management, in the sales transaction.

Nageel Araim, a commercial real estate investor, purchased a 6,500-square-foot mixed-use building on .14 acres at 12-14 Washington Ave. in West Sayville for $1.2 million. The property is occupied by the U.S. Postal Service and Cool Beans Coffee and also has a residential apartment. The sales price equates to a 6.8 percent cap rate.
